Krista Williams

Krista has been Personal Training and teaching Group Exercise for the past
13 years, and truly enjoys everything about the fitness lifestyle. She obtained a degree in Fitness Management and a minor in Strength and Conditioning from the University of Delaware, where she also started her career in fitness by helping to run the student fitness center. Through both private sessions and group instruction, Krista uses her creativity, energy, and passion for exercise to guide clients toward an overall healthier lifestyle.
Krista has competed in Figure Competitions for the past 6 years, and enjoys trying healthy new recipes in her free time.
