Working With A Personal Trainer
The Newtown Athletic Club’s Method Personal Training Program is designed to help clients see results through working with a personal trainer on a continual basis for a designated number of sessions per month, for at least three months. Clients are committed to their fitness journey for a minimum of three months and then automatically renew on a month-to-month basis.

With 35+ certified personal trainers, the Newtown Athletic Club is situated in Newtown, Bucks County and is located conveniently for those in Yardley, Richboro, Langhorne and Washington Crossing.

Group Personal Training Classes
Share the cost of personal training with group personal training, known as ‘team training’ at the Newtown Athletic Club.
Team Training consists of 4-6 participants to maximize individual attention from your personal trainer. Our expert fitness professionals will push you through innovative, high-intensity group workouts that last for 50 minutes. Sharing the cost of personal training with a ‘team’ makes for a more affordable option while still receiving a great and supervised workout (as little as $100/month). Prices: 4x per month for $25 per session or 8x per month for $22 per session.
For those on Senior Memberships, we offer a Senior Strong program specific for ages 65+. This exclusive group personal training class for active adults is 55 minutes long, 8x per month with a two month commitment, for $120 per month.

The Method Program
NAC’s Method Program is designed to help clients see results through working with our training team on a continual basis for a designated amount of sessions per month for at least three months. Clients are committed for a minimum of three months and then automatically renew on a month-to-month basis. “Train as You Go” options are available without commitment.
Key Highlights of Agreement:
Cancellation of individual sessions: Twenty-four (24) hour cancellation notice, by phone, directly to trainer, is required for rescheduling or cancelling any and all individual sessions. Any and all cancellations with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the session without refund. If a trainer must cancel a session, s/he will do so, by phone, with at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice. If needed, an alternative trainer, with equal or more advanced experience and skills, will be provided to ensure the client continues progress towards goals.
- Commitment Length: All programs are three month long commitments and then automatically renew on a month-to-month basis.
- Session Allotment: All sessions must be used within the given month.
- Additional Sessions: Sessions performed over the pre-paid amount will be charged to the client’s NAC Account.
