PULSE is a 3,000-square-foot, cutting edge venue. Our top-of-the-line sound system takes exercise to a whole new level. With 165″ LCD wall screen and a one-of-a-kind lighting system you’re sure to enjoy a fitness class like nothing you’ve ever experienced.
Our unique studio provides an atmosphere like no other for high-intensity strength training, like BODYPUMP, cardio fitness classes, and dances classes, like Zumba.

Studio Schedule
Over 30 classes per week! You’ll never get bored – PULSE offers 9 different classes giving you plenty of variety to help you get in shape. Early riser? Great! Classes start as early as 6am.
Prefer exercising after work? No problem! We have evening classes available. No matter when you want to work out, PULSE has dance classes or fitness classes that will fit your schedule!
Studio Class Descriptions
BODYPUMP
BODYPUMP is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetitions, BODYPUMP provides a total body workout. It will help burn those calories fast! Our Team will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music helping you achieve much more than on your own!
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
This class is a full body workout in just under an hour. You’ll be challenged with fun cardio intervals intertwined with weighted exercises to work your whole body head to toe. Join the fun in this fast paced and super efficient workout. You won’t be sorry!
ZUMBA
Experience the ultimate dance fitness sensation with Zumba! We blend low and high-intensity moves in an interval-style, calorie-burning dance party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll understand why Zumba is often called “exercise in disguise.” It’s super effective and super fun – a workout that feels more like a dance party! All levels welcome
HIIT & KICK
Good for all fitness levels. Traditional kickboxing moves combined with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) for an unbelievable calorie burn. This addictive workout blends shadow boxing, kickboxing, sport drills, and weighted cardio moves. Great music and high energy will keep you moving and feeling fit. Kick, punch, and jump in this action-packed cardiovascular workout.
DANCE SWEAT
TURN IT UP! This dance fitness workout features high intensity spurts as well as active recovery moments so that your body and mind are constantly being challenged! You will burn calories, build muscle, boost metabolism to the beat of the latest hits and your favorite throwbacks. Let’s live loudly, dance ruthlessly, evolve unapologetically as we turn all the way up!
JUST DANCE
Just Dance offers a fusion dance class for all levels to tone your body with improvement in physical health and mental well-being. Graceful movements with aspects of ballet.
LATIN DANCE SWEAT
Are you ready to unleash your inner dancer and experience a high-intensity, calorie-burning workout like never before? All levels are welcome to join in on the fun and fitness of ‘Latin Dance Sweat.’ This will be an electrifying fusion of house steps and the hottest Latin rhythms like salsa, reggaetón, merengue, and others that will guarantee an explosive, high-intensity, calorie-burning workout that feels like a dance fiesta. Get ready to break a sweat and dance like never before!
BEGINNER BODYPUMP
If you have never tried BODYPUMP, now is your chance! This class is all about high reps and lower weights, targeting all major muscles of the body. Come give it a try at a slower pace with a break down of proper technique and form.
