90-DAY FITNESS & WELLNESS PROGRAM

A nutrition & fitness coaching program all-in-one. This is not a diet or a strict workout plan.

In 90 days, you will develop the knowledge and confidence to manage your nutrition and fitness going forward.

For 13 weeks you will meet in a group for two hours at the Newtown Athletic Club. Hour one is comprised of nutrition, behavior modification or stress management education and hour two is fitness education and exercise.

The NAC Healthy Care Program starts with a comprehensive health and fitness assessment that includes blood work to test blood sugar and cholesterol. Typical improvements include losing weight & inches in your waist as well as dropping blood pressure, cholesterol and sugar points.

This program includes full access to the Newtown Athletic Club and all amenities that are included in NAC membership, ranging from the indoors and outdoor pools to group exercise classes to spa locker rooms.

This fitness and wellness program can be funded through your insurance.

HealthyCare includes:

Customized exercise program created 1-1 with a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer.

Weekly 2 hour, group sessions delivered by a Wellness Coach.

Meal planning, stress management and goal setting strategies.

Private pre & post biometric testing including finger stick cholesterol, glucose, triglycerides, blood pressure and body composition assessment.

Access to the Newtown Athletic Club and all it’s programming and amenities, ranging from the pools to the yoga classes.
