1. What is your favorite part of your job?

My favorite part of the job is definitely working with the kids! Hands down, working with kids, is the most rewarding job!

2. Why did you choose this profession?

I started out as a high school chemistry teacher because I have always been a huge science buff. Music and dance have always been a passion of mine and a very big part of my life,  and when I had my own kids, I decided to change career paths and start teaching dance.

3. Do you have any pets?

I have a huge Newfoundland named Josh. He’s 3 and weighs 165 pounds! He is the cutest little thing with the best personality!

4. If you could go back in time, who would you spend a day with?

If I could go back in time, I think i would really love to meet Abraham Lincoln and have a long conversation with him.

5. What is your proudest accomplishment?

My proudest accomplishment is raising two awesome kids into really amazing teenagers.

6. If you were a superhero, what would you want your superpower to be?

Oh my gosh, hands down, I would want my superpower to be the ability to fly!

7. Who is your hero?

I don’t really have any one person in mind, but I really admire anyone who has the courage to stand up and be different and think for themselves.
