Deanna and Juli started team training almost 3 years ago. Deanna started because she wanted to be ready for her wedding, while Juli was looking to have more structure in the gym and be held accountable. (She would come to the gym and have NO clue what to do – *can relate*) Fast forward almost 3 years later and they have never looked back. They are best friends now, do group fitness classes together, get drinks together at Escape, and watch the Bachelor together! Who knew getting fit together would form such a great bond.
