These chocolate & blueberry bursting bites will fuel your holiday season. Not only are they enormously delicious, they are easy to make and transport! All with fewer than six grams of sugar per serving.

Ingredients

1 cup of whole wheat flour

3/4 cup of all purpose white flour

1/2 cup of cacao powder

1 1/2 TBSP of ground coffee

2 tsp of ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp of kosher salt

1 tsp of baking soda

3 beaten whole eggs

1/2 cup of apple sauce

1/2 cup of Icelandic yogurt

1/2 cup of agave nectar

1 TBPS of avocado oil

2 tsp of vanilla extract

1 1/2 cup of blueberries

1/2 cup of chocolate chips

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease cookie sheet.

Set aside blueberries and chocolate chips until all other ingredients are mixed.

Mix all dry ingredients.

Mix all wet ingredients.

The dough will be sticky – so spray hands with oil before dropping heaping tablespoons onto the tray.

Finally, fold in blueberries and chocolate chips right before spooning onto tray. Bake until done, about 12 – 15 min.
