Meet Chase Kumor, B.S. Exercise Science at Salisbury University

Chase Kumor

I specialize in strength training, athletic training and weight loss. My mission as a new NAC Personal Trainer is help make exercise apart of members lives and something they look forward too.

I’ve been a member of the NAC almost my life – as I grew up the NAC grew as well! The NAC has given me everything I needed to help train during my basketball career and after. Fitness has always been apart of my life and will continue to be apart of my lifestyle at the NAC.

Here is a workout that I created to workout your entire body and some cardio thrown in, too!


When I come to the gym I personally enjoy high energy and fast paced workouts. This workout is a full body circuit that hits the whole body, but also has cardio involved. I like to balance my strength and cardio – in this workout I was able to get both modes of training in. Although it is meant to be a fast paced workout it is important to make sure I keep my form and I am able to give my body adequate rest periods. You can see I start with a lower body exercise and then switch to upper body and split into push/pull exercises. This is done to give each section of the body rest while another is at work.
