Looking for a full body cardio workout? Here’s one from Newtown Athletic Club personal trainer, Chase Kumor, B.S. Exercise Science at Salisbury University. Chase specializes in strength training, athletic training and weight loss. His mission as a Personal Trainer is help make exercise a part of members lives and something they look forward too.

This workout will work your entire body and there’s also some cardio thrown in, too!

When I come to the gym I personally enjoy high energy and fast paced workouts. This workout is a full body circuit that hits the whole body, but also hasChase Kumor cardio involved. I like to balance my strength and cardio – in this workout I was able to get both modes of training in. Although it is meant to be a fast paced workout it is important to make sure I keep my form and I am able to give my body adequate rest periods. You can see I start with a lower body exercise and then switch to upper body and split into push/pull exercises. This is done to give each section of the body rest while another is at work.
