Team Training is group personal training with 4-6 participants in one hour sessions. Workouts include strength based exercises on using free weights, Keiser equipment, TRX and on the turf.
Six Zone Prime is 30 minute group personal training before Six Zone focusing on strength training and basic lifts.
Senior Strong is exclusive group personal training for active adults, those with senior memberships focusing.
