Last week, one of the NAC’s favorite NFL players came back to visit and train during his bye week.
Kendall Gaskins, running back for the San Francisco 49ers, trained with Parisi Speed School at the NAC over the summer preparing for preseason. Since then, he was promoted to the team’s active roster and had seven carries against the Falcons last Sunday. Gaskins is now competing for a starting spot. Good luck, Kendall!
Despite being a New Jersey native, Gaskins received his high school and college education in Virginia. He attended Woodberry Forest School, a boarding school in Virginia, then played college football and graduated from University of Richmond. He then sought a professional football career where he signed with the Buffalo Bills in 2013.
Since his last time at the NAC, brand new turf and Rogue equipment has been installed for Parisi athletes in the Parisi dedicated gym.
Gaskins utilized recovery services of Urban Allure Salon & Spa while at the NAC last week with a massage and Cryotherapy. Cryotherapy is the most exciting new recovery therapy in the world of sports, wellness and beauty. This practice can reduce pain and inflammation caused by strenuous exercise. Cryo is becoming extremely popular among athletes because many claim they can train harder since they recover faster with Cryo.
