For this week’s edition of #WhichGroupExWillITryNext, I took Aqua Interval with Leyla in the inside pool.  It may look easy, but moving quickly in a pool is actually very difficult.

Benefits I found from this class:

  •  The water makes it very gentle on your joints.  My knee is injured, so being able to workout without pain is amazing.
  • The resistance makes the exercise that would be simple very difficult.
  • There was a constant feeling of refreshment from the water.  It would be great for someone concerned with overheating.

Leyla was a great, energetic teacher, and made the whole class very enjoyable! This class can benefit any fitness level.
