NAC Trainers will lead members through individualized recovery protocols, utilizing the finest in recovery equipment provided by Hyperice, the leader in recovery and movement enhancement technology. Recovery sessions include – foam rolling with vibration rollers and spheres, percussion therapy with massage guns, and a full-body stretching routine.

Types of Assisted Stretch Therapies Offered:

Pliability Stretch

Pliability Stretch is designed to make muscles more flexible, resilient, and responsive. Using targeted, hands-on techniques, this method helps reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and enhance overall mobility.

Fascial Stretch

Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) focuses on the body’s connective tissue, or fascia, to unlock greater flexibility and mobility. Through guided, dynamic stretching, this technique releases tension, improves blood flow, and enhances joint function.
