Credit Card Processing Fee Change – Effective April 1st
Effective April 1st, 2024, a monthly infrastructure fee of 3% will apply to all credit card transactions throughout the club, including monthly membership dues & house charges, personal training packages, cafe charges, etc.
An infrastructure fee is a credit card convenience fee that is being passed along as a change in our business practices. In order to avoid this additional fee, you must switch your primary payment method from a credit card to a checking/savings account (ACH).
How to Update Your Primary Payment Method
Fill out an ACH form and return to us, or follow the steps listed below on the NAC app.
- Open the NAC app on your smartphone.
- Select the profile icon located at the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Choose “Payment Methods” from the menu options.
- Click on “Add New Payment Method.”
- The following screen defaults to credit card. Instead, select “Bank Account” from the top menu.
- Enter your bank information, and save the payment method.
Note: Our team will contact you shortly after to confirm your account has been updated.
All account changes will be effective by April 1st, 2024
Please note that all account changes will be effective by the next billing cycle, starting April 1st, 2024. To ensure an infrastructure fee does not apply, you must update your payment preferences for all club charges and in-club purchases before April 1st.
