We embrace an inspired and diverse practice with yoga classes for whatever your body craves.

We proudly offer 50+ classes per week, from 6am-8:30pm, for all levels and every interest. Each teacher, with their own unique style and expertise, leads you through a variety of studio practices. One-on-one yoga or Pilates training is available for private training programs.

Studio Class Descriptions

A traditional and authentic practice of postures performed in a specific sequence for a specific length of breath intended to detoxify and purify the body and mind. Ashtanga’s class structure beautifully unites breath and movement. this practice is perfect for those who love routine and thrive on a rhythmic vigorous flow. Mixed levels.

A shorter version of a traditional Ashtanga practice. Postures are performed in a specific sequence for a specific length of breath, intended to detoxify and purify the body and mind. This practice is perfect for those who love routine and thrive on a rhythmic vigorous flow, but are either short on time or need to work their strength and endurance up to the full 2-hour practice. Mixed levels.

A Hatha Yoga class combines alignment-focused yoga postures (asana) and mindful movements with an emphasis on breath work. Classes might include a simple flow of postures, pranayama, use of mudras, mantras, meditation, and kris to achieve unity between the body and mind. The slower pace of this class invites in deep sense of calm and grounding, and makes for a great beginner experience. Gradual development of strength, balance, and flexibility. Gentle Yoga is a slow and soft way of practicing yoga. Each part of the body is stretched and moved in practice, with careful attention toward injuries or limited mobility. Guided use of props throughout the class facilitates a therapeutic modification to common yoga postures. The slow pace, detailed instruction, and low intensity make this class a perfect introduction to Yoga, great for a Recovery Day, and truly peaceful experience. All levels welcome.

This class is rooted in the science of active recovery for those who use Yoga as a complement to their higher-intensity training. Low intensity movements are combined with targeted stretching to reduce overall soreness and speed up the muscle-rebuilding process. The goal of this class is to increase blood flow without putting a heavy strain on your muscles and joints which will help to reduce the occurrence or reoccurrence of injuries.

Comprised of 45 minutes that focus exclusively on flexibility and mobility, this practice is appropriate for all ages, sizes, shapes, all athletic abilities, those recovering from injuries, and especially those who are too inflexible for Yoga. There is an underlining focus on developing a healthy range of motion in the joints. Whether you are looking to improve athletic performance or simply to relieve stubborn stiffness, this practice is in support of your goals.

The Sunrise Yoga Flow class is a rejuvenating practice that aligns with dawn, featuring sun salutations and a variety of energizing postures. It caters to all levels, focusing on balance, strength, and flexibility. The session concludes with relaxation and meditation, leaving participants refreshed for the day ahead.

Yoga Sculpt is a dynamic and invigorating fitness session that combines the mindfulness and flexibility of traditional yoga with strength training and cardiovascular exercise. In this class, participants flow through yoga poses, incorporating bodyweight exercises and light weights to enhance muscle toning and endurance. The practice incorporates elements of vinyasa yoga, Pilates, and resistance training, offering a full-body workout that helps improve balance, core strength, flexibility, and overall fitness.

Aerial Yoga is a unique activity that uses acupressure points to boost circulation, promote a healthy lymphatic system, and energize the body and mind. this class uses the hammock to make traditional yoga poses amore accessible and allows you to practice at your own level whether you are new or experienced. You will build strength and confidence while increasing flexibility.

Transform your fitness routine with our Aerial Conditioning class. Increase strength and flexibility as you engage in dynamic exercises, utilizing the aerial hammock for resistance and support. This class combines traditional conditioning with unique elements of aerial yoga, providing a full-body workout with a focus on upper body and core. Join us for an energizing session that will challenge your body and mind while you enjoy the freedom of suspended movement.

Aerial Dance is for those with prior aerial experience or who have attended at least 5 Aerial Yoga classes. It focuses on transitions, moving from one pose to the next with the intention of stringing a series of poses together to form a flow. As you gain experience, you will be able to increase the length and complexity level of your flows at your own pace.
