Our motivated and experienced personal fitness coaches bring a wide range of expertise to LiveFit at the NAC. Each trainer has been carefully selected for their outstanding credentials and commitment to training and fitness, ensuring that members have the right person to help them reach their individual goals.
Sessions will last 25 or 50 minutes depending on the member commitment.
The NAC’s LiveFit Program is designed to help clients see results through working with our training team on a continual basis for a designated amount of sessions per month for at least three months. Clients are committed for a minimum of three months and then automatically renew on a month-to-month basis.
Our expert fitness professionals will push you through innovative, high-intensity group workouts. Each group is made up of 4-6 participants to maximize individual attention from your personal trainer.
Team training sessions are 50 minutes.
