All of our personal trainers have completed our NAC introductory program and have served the NAC program for at least three months. They possess at least one national certification in personal training.
The Newtown Athletic Club Premier Personal Trainers hold at least one national certification and one specialty certification and have three or more years of experience in the fitness industry. They have been training in the NAC program for over a year.
The Newtown Athletic Club Master Personal Trainers have acquired at least five years of training experience in addition to at least two national certifications.
These trainers have been with the NAC program for over three years.

It Starts With You
The first workout with your NAC trainer doesn’t involve exercise, it involves paper. You and your trainer go through a series of diagnostic evaluations that include reviewing your detailed health history form, establishing your specific goals and developing a targeted plan to achieve them. Depending on your situation you may also have a complete fitness assessment that includes measuring your body composition and doing a dietary analysis.
