THE TRIP: A fully immersive workout experience that combines a 40-minute multi-peak cycling workout with a journey through digitally-created worlds.

Rhythm: A dance party on a bike, Rhythm is a full body cycling class that includes sprints, jumps, pushups, and weighted arm exercises all to the beat of the music. This class offers a fun way to get your heart pumping and burn calories while delivering good, energizing vibes to let you rock your workout.

To experience a fully immersive cycling workout, we suggest taking Les Mills THE TRIP.

THE TRIP is the only class offered in REV that utilizes the entire cinema-scale curved screen.

All cycling classes are 45 or 60 minutes. 

No, they are not required. However, if you would like to wear spin shoes, the bike clips require SPD cleats.

Reservations begin 24 hours prior to all classes and are required for all cycling classes.

Reservations can only be made online or on the NAC app. An automatic wait list will automatically sign members up as another one cancels.

There are 34 spots available for each class. Specific bikes cannot be reserved – bikes are chosen on a first come, first serve basis. You will be required to sign up on the NAC app in order to reserve a spot in the class.

Studio Class Descriptions

THE TRIP is a fully immersive workout experience that combines a 40-minute multi-peak cycling workout with a journey through digitally-created worlds. With its cinema-scale screen and sound system, this immersive fitness workout takes motivation and energy output to the next level, burning serious calories.

Spin & Strength is the best of both worlds – a fusion of indoor cycling and strength work. Participants will alternate cardio sessions on the bike with high-intensity HIIT and strength exercises on the floor.

Journey is a traditional indoor cycling class that offers a non-impact, highly effective way to build cardiovascular strength and endurance. This class offers a challenging opportunity to get your heart pumping, burn serious calories and leave you with a feeling of accomplishment. Good for all fitness levels.

LES MILLS SPRINT is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. A high intensity, low impact workout, it’s scientifically proven to return rapid results. The 30 minutes you put in drives your body to burn calories for hours. You combine bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. The payoff? You smash your fitness goals, fast.

RPM is an indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 500 calories a session. With great music pumping and the group cycling as one, the instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints, and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly rotate the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. It’s a journey, not a race!
