Led by: Krista Williams, owner of The Strong Mom Project

Expecting moms, new moms, and more seasoned moms are all welcome to come learn how to feel your best while managing pregnancy discomfort, carrying/feeding an infant, or wrangling toddlers. We will cover everything from managing mom tasks at home, to actually lifting/carrying babies and kids. Also, you will learn how to implement these techniques into your workout routine to improve your movement patterns and make sure what you are learning sticks!

* Babies are welcome and the workshop will involve optional light to moderate movement.

Reservation required to attend. Workshop open to members & non-members.
