NAC Gymnastics: Team Tryouts & Placements
We invite all gymnasts ages 4 & older interested in any of our gymnastics programs, recreational or competitive, to attend team tryouts & placements from August 19th-22nd.
Beginner to Intermediate Levels
- Ages 4-6 | August 19th (5-6pm)
- Ages 7+ | August 21st (5-6pm)
USAIGC Competition Team Tryouts
- Ages 5+ | August 20th & 22nd (5-7pm)
What to Expect – In each session, gymnasts will be split into groups with a coach and assessed on skill level. Coaches will also go through a light stretching & conditioning routine to assess the flexibility and strength of each gymnast.
