Kickstart your fitness goals on Saturday, April 27th at 9:30AM with guidance from our personal training team, encouragement from fellow members and a little bit of healthy competition!

Fat Loss Challenge Includes:

  1. Team training workouts – up to 9 group training sessions each week
  2. 4-week workout program – tracked in our Athlete app
  3. 2 InBody scans – to track your progress
  4. Weekly goal setting

Class Times:

  1. Mondays 6AM, 9AM, 6PM
  2. Wednesdays 6AM, 9AM, 6PM
  3. Fridays 6AM, 9AM
  4. Saturdays 8AM
