Fat Loss Challenge Includes:
- Team training workouts – up to 9 group training sessions each week
- 4-week workout program – tracked in our Athlete app
- 2 InBody scans – to track your progress
- Weekly goal setting

- Mondays 6AM, 9AM, 6PM
- Wednesdays 6AM, 9AM, 6PM
- Fridays 6AM, 9AM
- Saturdays 8AM
