Team training workouts – up to 9 group training sessions each week
6-week workout program – tracked in our Athlete app
2 InBody scans – to track your progress
Weekly goal setting

Friday 6am (Rachel Beri)
Mon/Wed 9:30am and Mon 6pm (Rachel Bodick)
Wed 6pm and Fri 9:30am (Kaitlynn)
