Hot studio workouts are low-impact and performed in a heated environment, blending strength, mobility, and intentional movement. With multiple class formats offered, each session is designed to build strength, enhance flexibility, improve endurance, and support a deeper connection between body and mind.

105 Hot Studio features a spacious 2,500 sq. ft. layout and offers specialty heated small group classes for 25–30 participants at a time.

Featuring brand-new mats, and premium accessory equipment, this elevated boutique studio delivers a powerful heat-based workout experience. With temperatures ranging from 90–100°F and the ability to reach 105°F, enjoy your favorite formats from yoga, mat Pilates, strength, sculpt, stretch, and more.

Strength & Sculpt

Hot Sculpt | High-intensity, full-body workout (95–100°F) combining strength, cardio, and athletic training.

Hot Strength | Heated strength training (90–95°F) using dumbbells to build muscle and power.

Hot Yoga Sculpt | A high-energy blend of yoga, strength, and cardio (92–95°F) to build lean muscle and endurance.

Flow & Core

Hot Flow | A dynamic, all-levels heated yoga class (95°F+) building strength, flexibility, and balance.

Hot Power Vinyasa | An energizing heated flow (95–100°F+) with challenging sequences for strength and stamina.

Hot Core Express | A fast-paced, 30-minute core workout (90–95°F) targeting abs and deep stabilizers.

Restore & Lengthen

Hot Pilates | Mat-based Pilates in gentle heat (90–95°F) to strengthen, lengthen, and improve posture.

Hot Yin (Deep Stretch) | A slow, restorative class (85–90°F) with deep stretches to release tension and improve mobility.

Whether you’re new to heated workouts or a seasoned participant, there’s a class for you. With multiple formats offered and an intentionally designed studio experience, every session is built to support your progress. All hot studio classes are included in membership.

Hot Strength Class

Hot Class FAQ 

105 is a heated studio, with temperatures ranging from 90–100°F and the ability to reach up to 105°F.

Enjoy your favorite formats, now in the heat! Classes include yoga, mat Pilates, strength, sculpt, and more.

Classes are either 45 or 60 minutes, depending on the format.

Please dress light and breathable for a hot class. Bring water and arrive hydrated. While brand-new mats and equipment are provided, members are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats if they have one.

No shoes are permitted. Please store all belongings in the lockers and cubbies located outside the studio.

Of course! Listen to your body, members are always welcome to step out, take a break, and rejoin when they feel ready.
