Our elite bikes are brand new and the top of the line technology. No other club in the area can compare. The Stages SC3 is what happens when passionate riders build indoor bikes. Simple to use, smooth and powerful. The sprint shift allows for quick transitions making intervals seamless and all about the work and not about adjusting knobs. The SC3 is the only indoor studio bike that comes standard with a Stages Power meter and display that features reliable watts, rpm, mph and distance. Types of Cycling Classes at the NAC
All group exercise classes are included in Newtown Athletic Club membership; including cycling classes.
Revolution is indoor cycling re-invented. Transform the way you look and feel in one hour with a mix of the best music videos and light weights during your ride. Get ready for fat-burning cardio, a full-body workout and choreography to work your core. The rocking music will empower the rider to let loose, clear their head and feel strong beyond the studio walls.
Traditional indoor cycling class that offers a non-impact, highly effective way to build cardiovascular strength and endurance. Designed for all levels, this class offers a challenging opportunity to get your heart pumping and burn serious calories! They are designed to leave you with a feeling of achievement.

What is Stages Flight? Stages Flight is a dynamic multimedia fitness experience that enables indoor cyclists to set goals and track performance. Reach your personal fitness goals – no matter what level you are currently at!

The perfect mix of cycling, weights and running for a full body workout all in one hour. High Intensity and fast paced, this class is coached to your MyZone heartrate monitor and will push your workout to the next level. You’ll leave feeling stronger, accomplished and ready to take on the world.
- Please reserve your spot on our mobile app or website up to 25 hours prior to class.
- 5 bikes are available for sign up 30 mins prior to class at the front desk.
- If you are not present at class start time your bike will become available to waiting members.
- Cell phone use during classes is NOT permitted. This is a time to unplug!
- Moving bikes is NOT permitted.
- Please refrain from cross talk.
- Please wipe your bike down after class.
- Cycling shoes with SPD clips are recommended to optimize your workout.
Members will be able to reserve a spot online for class within 25 hours of start time. They can be booked through our website or our mobile app!

If it’s your first time… here’s some advice from our instructors and cyclists:
- First-time riders should arrive early and inform the instructor that it is their first time riding, so the instructor can assist with setting up the bike.
- Be sure to show up hydrated with plenty of water at hand!
- Wear a comfortable workout clothes and your MyZone heartrate monitor.
- Get ready to sweat, move and feel better physically and mentally!
