What is UFIT?
The Newtown Athletic Club is excited to expand our community through a program inspired by UFIT (Universal Fitness Innovation & Transformation). UFIT is a global social change movement focused on inclusion of people with all abilities within the fitness community.
The NAC’s UFit program encompasses 8 weeks of discounted personal training with select trainers for peoples with life-altering physical disabilities. Each UFit personal trainer holds a UFit certificate and will provide a structured, supervised exercise experience with doctor’s approval. Our goal is to provide access to a healthy lifestyle for people will all abilities.
