Tim Cook

Tim studied Kinesiology at California State University, Fullerton and has his Certified Personal Trainer Certificate through National Academy of Sports Medicine. Physical fitness has always been part of his life. Tim knew he wanted to be involved in the fitness industry while he was playing baseball in college.

My plan to make lives better is to help each individual become a better athlete. Whether you have large goals of competing in a triathlon or just want to be more active and healthy; I want to help people reach their goals.
