Jeff Nickels

Jeff strongly believes that keeping yourself physically active no matter
what it is that you do will help you get rid of anything negative in your
life. Jeff has been in the fitness industry for six years, working at
prestigious gyms in Philadelphia and in Southern New Jersey. Whether
your goal is to lose weight, tone up, build muscle, or train for a marathon,
one important message that he always leaves with his clients with is
that when you have a goal that you want to accomplish, you need to make
sure that not only is it realistic, but you need to stay positive no matter
what obstacles life throws at you. To quote the late Coach Jimmy Valvano
“Don’t give up. Don’t ever give up.”
