Zach has a certification in personal training from IFTA and a CPR certification. He played college baseball all 4 years of college while studying the background of exercise science. His mission is to help clients of all ages maximize their fitness potentials and live a physically healthier, and mentally stronger lifestyle. Zach’s biggest motivation is that goal to never be average. With everything he does, he strives to do everything to the best of his ability and make it an obligation to never settle for mediocrity. This goes for when he works out, when he plays baseball, in his education, and when he is training.
