This workshop is designed specifically for menopausal or pre-menopausal women who are interested in learning techniques to curb the effects of menopause on their body, mind and spirit. We’ll explore our changing bodies using breath work that is cooling & soothing & asanas that work towards comfort, balance & peace. Also share experiences with Acupuncturist, Jessica Mueller, and work towards celebrating our changing selves while promoting comfort during the transformation process.
