Basics Workshop —4 week series!

Start your practice with a strong foundation. Learn foundational poses, breath-work and alignment. Appropriate for beginners, anyone looking to strengthen their practice and those with injuries that may need modifications. This class will build upon the previous week’s work but you may attend any or all sessions.
