Summer is coming! Upgrade your workouts with a six week fitness/workout plan.

Personal train in a group for one hour per week and two additional virtual workouts to maximize your efforts! Program includes before and after body composition assessments & photos, private group chat and motivation!

Program: $225

*Bonus – want to see faster results? Pair this program with private nutrition counseling sessions that include customized meal planning, usually covered by your insurance
