Join us for Outdoor Bootcamps programmed by one of our top personal trainers, Ryan Miller! ☀️
Workouts include: dumbbell/kettlebell, bands & med balls.
Each person has their own set of clean workout equipment. Physical distancing is encouraged, and there will be a capacity of 30 people.
Bootcamps run from 7/14-8/8
• Tuesday/Thursdays: 6-7:15pm
• Saturdays: 9-10:15am
• $15 per bootcamp
