This stability ball workshop will be a fun and powerful workout regardless of your prior experience with a stability ball. You will exercise your whole body at the same time as you build core strength, better posture, balance, and flexibility — and even get some cardio going. Sounds like a lot but it will be fun!

*Adjustments will be offered, as well as challenges for those who really like to push it.
