Myofascial Release helps relieve areas of tightness which are caused by repetitive movements, posture, habitual bracing patterns or trauma. Stretching, breathing and practicing the ability to turn our focus inward as we do with both MFR and Yoga, helps increase the mind-body connection and we learn to feel and sense deeper. As we move into deeper levels of awareness, we connect with our true nature. It is here that real change and healing can occur.
