Major Muscles Master Class

E = Everyone – good for all fitness levels.

Join us for a master class destined to work all your major muscles! Experience all of our amazing and talented instructors in one energy packed class for 55 minutes of strength followed by 20 minutes of yoga. You will use various resistance-training tools such as free weights, body bars, tubing, steps, and whatever else we can think of to sculpt and strengthen your muscles from head to toe!

Since love does come from the heart, the class will conclude with a 30-minute Heart Health #NACTalk with our Registered Dietitians. You’re invited to bring wine as complimentary snacks and post workout smoothies will be served. The event is in support of American Heart Month.

Free for all NAC members! Non-Members are welcome with a $10 donation to Have A Heart.
