*NEW CLASS* coming to our GroupFit schedule this week. Get ready to be motivated & inspired by our instructors that’ll push you harder than ever before! Three master class times this week will give you a good taste about what to expect with this new cardio class. The master classes will be:
Tuesday, June 26th – 5:15 pm in Studio 2
Wednesday, June 27th – 9:30 am in the Brown Gym
Friday, June 29th – 10:45 am in the Brown Gym
Sunday, July 1st – 9:15 am in Studio 1

Each High Fitness master class will include:
- Strong, simple, easy-to-follow choreography
- Plyometric-type interval training moves: jump squats, burpees, tuck jumps, etc.
