Eating for the Holidays

For many, the holidays are the most wonderful — and least heart-healthy — time of the year.

Our class on Eating for the Holidays will focus on helping you understand the importance of mindful eating, proper portion sizes, and healthy alternatives/substitutions. In addition, we will provide you with some new recipes to try out this Holiday season!
