Meet us at the Barre…the Escape bar, that is! Join us for a master class outside as we go through a sequence of upper and lower body exercises that will get you feeling shaped up for the summer. We will include body weight for resistance to focus on the thigh and seat muscles, free weights, push-ups, planks and other moves to target the biceps, triceps, chest, and back muscles. All non-members welcome for at $10 donation! Every attendee gets one free drink ticket. We will be capping this event at 50 people, so make sure you fill out the RSVP form!
