An event every week that begins at 8:00 am on Monday, repeating until July 10, 2018

It’s summer time! Be ready for summer and keep up the great work with personal trainer Kristen Ramezzana!

This session will begin on July 10th. Program includes:

•Before & After Inbody (body fat %) testing
•Personalized 6-week workout calendar
•1 55-min group session per week
•2 online workouts per week through our NAC app
•30 min consultation with Registered Dietitian
•Personalized nutrition guidance (pending insurance approval)
•Group chat for guidance & accountability

Tuesday at 9 am, 6 pm, & 7 pm
Wednesday at 9:30 am, 1 pm, & 6 pm
