Doug Silveria, TechnoGym Manager

My mission is to teach my clients that they are stronger than they thought, and capable of much more than they realized. He wants to empower people by giving them the skills, knowledge, and motivation to reach their true potential. With a B.S. in Exercise Science from Bloomsburg University, Doug centers on functional training, strength, and endurance training that he learned and experienced as a Regional qualifying wrestler in the state of Pennsylvania. It is his belief that training compound and functional movements are not only fun but will help all individuals improve their daily activities.

“I was never very much into weights. With Doug’s “can do” attitude he really pushed me to diversify my exercise program. He developed programs for me using the machines in the techno-gym, using free weights, and using the Keiser Equipment downstairs. I have interspersed these weight programs with a cardio program. When time permits, I now go to the NAC about 4-5 times each week, doing something different each day I am there. Also, Doug has worked with me in terms of properly stretching after exercising.”
