Need some mid-week motivation? Check out these two weight loss success stories that have happened right here at the Newtown Athletic Club.

Andy & Ted Turzanski (who happen to be twins), started training with certified personal trainers at the Newtown Athletic Club in 2014. They were both unhappy with their physical health and decided to make a change. Read the brother’s stories below:

Ted Turzanski:
“About 7 months ago, I was really unhappy with how I looked in the mirror. I had hard a hard time fitting into my dress pants. I was 228 lbs with a size 38 waist. My friends and family told me I put on a lot of weight. I felt awful. Then my sister told me about the NAC. I already belong to a gym, why would I want to join? Then she showed me the place. I was amazed by what I saw. Then I talked to Bill. He. Motivated me to do something about it and he offered to help me through this journey. I started training with Bill in the middle of July, since then, I’m 184 lbs with a size 34 waist. Bill made the workouts fun. He wasn’t like other trainers where they push and push you like a drill Sargent, He  motivated me to keep going and he pushed me to my max level at my own pace. I’ve been doing it 3 times a week for 1 hour each time. He’s always available to ask questions about how to go about my diet in and outside the NAC. Now I’m in the best shape in my life and I’m continuing to train with him and get better each time. Thank You Bill for everything. I couldn’t have done it without you.”

Andy Turzanski:
“Before I found out about the NAC, I was really unhappy with physical appearance. I was forming a gut and the rest of my body did not look right. My sister Stephanie introduced me to the NAC and she introduced me to Bill McNichol. Bill was not just any trainer, he was “THE” trainer. When I trained with him, he helped me keep my confidence really high by making my workouts fun to do, and by giving me the dietary and physical tips I need to be successful in my journey for a new and healthy lifestyle. I was about 220 lbs in July, now, I’m about 170lbs and it was all thanks to motivation from Bill McNichol. “
