3 Reasons to Spend Your Summer at Newtown Athletic Club

Do you have plans for this summer yet? If not, good news! Bucks County is raving about their summer staycation thanks to Escape Resort at the Newtown Athletic Club.

The four-acre outdoor resort and pool complex, which accommodates all ages with various pools, activities, slides and seat areas, is one of the many amenities that makes the Newtown Athletic Club a standout from other gyms in Newtown, PA. Kids and teenagers love the family pool, which features two 25-foot water slides, a lazy river, an activity pool, a brand-new state-of-the-art playground and brand-new basketball court. Adults, 21 years and older, are provided a relaxing, 50 ft. tranquil adult pool deck with multiple hot tubs and poolside service from the restaurant and bar.

Detailed below are Bucks County’s top three reasons for spending your summer at Newtown Athletic Club!

  • A resort right in your backyard – You don’t have to travel far to enjoy all the magic of resort life. Newtown Athletic Club’s Escape Resort, Restaurant and Bar is your local destination for poolside fun – for the whole family. Newtown Athletic Club strives to make each area of the club an experience both inside and out, rather than a feature of a gym. For example, dedicated studios with their own brand, look and feel have been designed for Pilates, yoga, and spin classes in Newtown, PA.
  • Live, outdoor entertainment each Friday – On Friday evenings, Escape Resort becomes one of Bucks County’s favorite live music venues with drink and dinner specials, all while poolside. A fun childcare option is also available for both members and non-members who attend Friday Night Live, which is hosted by Camp NAC.
  • The longest pool season in Bucks County – Recognized as one of the best health clubs in the world, Escape Resort, Restaurant and Bar receives global recognition for perfect summer fun for guests of every age, for the longest season in Bucks County. The resort opens mid-April and stays open through October – or as long as the weather stays nice!

Join us outside this summer to enjoy a staycation right in your backyard!
