Fall session for youth programs is right around the corner! After a summer of fun, we have taken the time to add new classes to our fall schedule. We offer Gymnastics, Dance, KidFit and Tae Kwon Do! Programs are designed to appeal to all children with their individual interests in mind. Our goal is for every child to feel welcome in a safe place where he/she can participate in an activity where they are comfortable enough to be themselves.

Our youth programs director, Kelly Harley, has taken fitness and healthy eating to create a class named: Bon AppeFit. This class is a great introduction to healthy and tasty food options for kids! Not only will children learn all about the nutrition plate, they will also learn to understand how healthy eating fuels their bodies and gives them energy. Each class children will help create, prepare and sample nutritious food choices.

We like to incorporate not only fitness into our classes, but also nutrition because this teaches our kids at an early age that being active and eating right is good for your body and we get the chance to teach them recipes and games that they can go home and share with their families and friends!

This class is going to be educational, tasty and most importantly: FUN!
