INGREDIENTS
– 1, 1 lb bag of lentils
– 1 red onion
– 2 TBSP EVOO
– 1 can garbanzo beans
– Kosher salt to taste
– 2 cloves of fresh garlic
– romaine lettuce leaves
– 1/3 cup oyster sauce

PREPARATION
– Throw it all in a pot! Bring to boil, and turn on low.
– Scoop it on a lettuce leaf, add a little hot sauce.
