NAC Trainer, Jason Taylor shows us:

Lat Pulldown on the Keiser Equipment-
  1. Be sure you are seated firmly on the ball and achieve proper stabilization before beginning.
  2. Keeping your spine in natural alignment and your head neutral; pull both of your elbows towards your hips in a slow and controlled motion.
  3. Once you have both sides completely pulled downward, begin to let them both rise up at the same time in a slow and controlled motion.
  4. Check your spine and head position, and continue repeating this motion.
