NAC Trainer, Doug Sharp shows us:

Keiser Jump Squats-
  1. Adjust the shoulder cushions for the desired squat position.  Remove the locking pin to raise or lower.
  2. Position yourself under the cushions. Place your feet shoulder width apart and directly under your shoulders. Keep your back straight.
  3. Adjust the resistance with the thumb buttons.
