ViPR walking lunge with rotation-
Exercise that mimics natural movement of everyday life is called functional training.
Using the ViPR is a great functional tool.  It helps build strength through loaded movement while using balance.
You move freely with rhythm from one side to the other using your core to stabilize the movement.
