TRX Reverse Lunges with Alternate Leg Kicks-
This Exercise incorporates the quads and hip flexors as well as the rectus abdominus. It is a compound motion that is great for increasing flexibility as well as coordination and balance. This movement can be used by advanced and even beginner members who are new to the Fitness facility.
