Fit Tip Friday – Jump into the New Year the right way with this 2015 workout of the day provided by NAC Lead Trainer, Paul Rushin. Do 20 reps for each 15 movements.
Try a lower weight with the high number of reps for a maximum calorie burning and toning session!

Warm-Up/Full-Body

1. 20 Jumping Jacks

2. 20 Burpees

Upper Body

3. 20 Push-Ups

4. 20 Overhead Press (5lb and up dumbbells)

5. 20 Bicep Curl (5lb and up dumbbells)

6. 20 Tricep Dips

7. 20 Lateral Raises

8. 20 Bent Over Rows

Core

9. 20 Mountain Climbers

10. 20 Sit-Ups

11. 20 Bicycle Kicks

12. 20 Second Plank

Legs/Full-Body

13. 20 Air Squats

14. 20 Lunges

15. 20 Single Leg Deadlifts (10 Each Side)
