Six Moves You’ll Use in Six Zone Training

Fit Tip Friday – If you haven’t heard, this January we are introducing a new type of training – Six Zone Training. Six Zone training is described as having all of the fun tools and resources certified personal trainers are skilled to use and will be provided in this continuous, nonstop workout. You will have limitless time, tools and technology to use while training in six different “zones” in ten minute intervals.

The space will be equipped with chalkboards outlining the workout of the day and Personal Trainers will be there to lead you through your ‘zones’ doing different rounds of each workout.

If you haven’t yet, RSVP to Six Zone’s Opening Day on January 3rd! Everyone is welcome to learn more about Six Zone training, meet the trainers, and enjoy a healthy breakfast. What better way to start off the new year?
