Calling all NAC Yogi’s! Join us on December 21st for our annual Winter Solstice event.
Winter solstice is the shortest day of the year and is celebrated by many cultures because it marks the shortest day and longest night of the year. Yoga studios everywhere gather to welcome back the light and set high intentions for the New Year.
Twice a year, the Mind/Body program (which includes all Pilates and Yoga classes that the NAC offers) holds an all day winter or summer solstice celebration.
All are welcome, beginners or advanced. This is the time of year to try something new!
