Child Care at the NAC
All parents with children under the age of 12 must remain
in the building unless their child is participating
in camps, Kid’s Night Out, or parties. Babysitting
services ARE available for a fee. No children under
the age of 14 are permitted on the track, in the fitness
center, in the BodyWorks Studio, in the group exercise studios
or in the adult locker rooms. All children under the
age of 16 must use the Family locker room. Parents with
an individual membership may only use the Kids Club.
The use of the pool of the gymnasiums for recreation requires a Couple of Family Membership
Club usage for children under 14
Ages 10-13 may use the pool without parent supervision
once they have passed the swim test with the lifeguard
on duty.
Ages 10-13 may use the sports centers without parent
supervision during open gym times listed on the Youthplex
and Sports Center Availability Schedule.
Children under the age 10 must be checked into Kids
Club while a parent is working out.

Parents may not leave NAC premises when your children
are in the Kid's Club. Babysitting services ARE available
for a fee.
Kid's Club Activities
Activities for children ages 2—7 are scheduled
throughout the day and are listed on the age appropriate
Youthplex Activity Schedules. These are daily drop in
activities that you must sign up for through Kids Club.
Class sizes are limited and subject to change based
on participation.

Kidfit at the NAC
This 11 week program will enrich your child with all
aspects of fitness, but the emphasis is on FUN!
The sessions will incorporate strength building, cardiovascular
training, and stretching. Our goal is to make a positive
impact by promoting a healthy life-style for your child,
while paving the way for their future in both mind and
body.

Kids Club Check In Procedures
Before entering the Kids Club please check your child
in at the desk. Proceed through the door and fill out
a name tag with your child’s first and last name
along with your first name, your swipe card number and
the area of the club you will be in, in case we need
to contact you. You will be notified for the following
reasons: if your child . . .
Exhibits any of the symptoms listed under the sick
policy.
Requires a diaper change or feeding.
Experiences inconsolable crying.
Exhibits behavior that could be dangerous to the other
children (e.g., biting or hitting).
Incurs an injury.
Kids Club Check Out Procedures
When you are ready to pick up your child a Kids Club
staff member will match your swipe card number to the
number on their name tag. They will then remove the
tag and release the child to you. Please inform the
Kids Club staff, in writing if someone else will be
picking up your child and include their name and membership
number on your child’s tag.
Illness Policy
Please be aware that the Kids Club has a strict illness
policy and if your child exhibits any questionable symptoms
we will ask that you take your child home. We appreciate
your cooperation with this policy, which is in place
to protect NAC Members, Children, and Staff.
Questionable Symptoms include:
*Excessive Coughing
*Colored Mucus
*Discharge from Eyes
*Fever
*Rash
*Skin Discoloring
Guests
All guests are required to pay a guest fee at the front
desk and bring the receipt to Kids Club in order to
check in. Guests are welcome to participate in the Youthplex
Activities.
Food and Beverages
Due to a large number of food allergies among children,
food and beverages are not permitted in Kids Club. If
your child needs to bring a water bottle, please label
it with your child’s first and last name and leave
it at the desk with a Kids Club staff member. Kids Club
provides an infant room for nursing and bottle feeding.
Diaper Changing
Parents will be paged to Kids Club to care for their
child. Soiled diapers must be placed in the diaper pail
and the changing table must be wiped down after each
diaper change.
Program Transportation
Gymnastics, Dance and Karate provide transportation
from Kids Club to your child’s class and back
to Kids Club. At least 15 minutes before class starts
sign your child’s name on the appropriate transportation
sheet and a staff member will transport them to their
class. If your child was brought from Kids Club they
will be returned to Kids Club. If you need to pick up
your child directly from class please have a staff member
match your swipe card number to their tag and they will
remove their tag and release the child to you.
Baby Sitting / Ages 1 to 10
Have a meeting, can’t find a sitter? Why not drop
the kids at a place they know and love, Kids Club! Children
1 year and older may be dropped in the Kid's club when
you leave the premises.

NAC Member:
1 child - $7.50 per hour
2 children - $9.00 per hour
3 children - $10.50 per hour
4 children - $11.50 per hour

Kid's Night Out (6:30 - 10:00pm) / Ages: 2+
Kids Night Out (KNO) is a fun filled night for kids
is held on 1 or 2 Saturdays of each month from 6:30—10:00pm.
All children ages 6 and older can bring a swim suit
and are welcome to bring a scooter / roller blades with
a helmet.
NAC Members: $5 registration fee per
child, plus $5 for pizza/beverage (pizza/beverage optional)
General Public: $20 per child (includes
pizza/beverage)
Early Drop off at 5:30pm: Cost is $5.00
per child
